Niall Bishop is an actor, writer and producer.

At 34, he walked into his first acting class in Dublin. Since then, he has continued to work across film, television and stage, bringing a late starter’s hunger to his work.

As a writer and producer, he develops work exploring character, consequence and the tensions that lie underneath.

He also writes Minutes of a Monday, a weekly podcast and reflection on life and the cracks in between.

Born and raised in Oranmore, he remains convinced there are twenty good minutes left in him on the hurling field.
